Adem talks in depth about how he sees the markets and how we are probably already in a recession now and how the Fed’s actions will only make it worse and will probably create a negative wealth effect as a result.
At the same time, banks will balance sheets will remain bloated due to recent reverse repo operations.
Adem feels that the Fed is trying to create a mini recession with rate hikes and create demand destruction so supply can catch up. He feels that the Fed is still behind the curve.
