Currently, Ted believes that stocks continue to be in a bear market and they are positioned with a lot of liquidity. He thinks at the 3000 or 3100 level in the S&P 500 they will start to find value in stocks. Ted also thinks that the housing correction is not over yet for the US housing market as rates continue to soar higher for new mortgages.
