Chance Finucane, Chief Investment Officer of Oxbow Advisors, sits down with Blake Morrow to discuss the recent selloff in the stock market, his views on earnings and where the bottom may be, inflation, and the US Dollar’s role in everything.
Chance talks about where PE ratios are now and how we could overshoot lower in the coming months ahead. However, looking at different sectors to take advantage of when they think the time is right. He does think there is further downside in the S&P 500 towards 3300!
Chance also talks about the inflationary pressures we are seeing and how the FOMC will have to keep on message in the foreseeable future which will lead stocks lower near term.
He also discusses the US Dollar’s role in the economy and role as a “safe haven” currency.
