Chance Finucane, Chief Investment Officer of Oxbow Advisors, sits down with Blake Morrow to discuss the financial markets and how investors may be downplaying the impact of the upcoming recession. He also feels that they have the Fed wrong, that they have no intention to pivot and are not going to cut rates anytime soon.
Chance is downbeat on US housing and still think prices will catch up and had lower in some of the “hot markets” in recent years.
Chance thinks investors should continue to be defensive and focus on short term treasuries, and long #Gold is a defensive play for the year.
