Blake Morrow of #ForexAnalytix talks about the week ahead in markets and discusses the FOMC as this is a big week for currency trades and equity traders alike.
The #EURUSD move consolidated following the ECB decision this week and the FOMC may allow for the EURUSD to test the critical 1.0350 resistance.
The US Dollar is also being affected by the move lower in the #USDJPY and the 10yr and 30yr bond market. Yields may be developing a “head and shoulder” pattern as well.
The S&P 500 bounce is stalling ahead of next week and further gains will probably be reliant on how the FOMC approaches monetary policy.
#Gold may have put in a longer term bottom, but we will also cue off of Silver as well.
